Community Initiative…?
Cause some of them giving the da'wa,
Giving the word whereever they went.
Bringing the people to Qur'an, whatever they do their faith is strong,
Helping to show the true Islam,
cause here in the states they show it wrong.
I really like to hear, that Muslims everwhere,
Are not afraid to go to school with cool Islamic wear,
That sisters never fear, to become hijabi there,
Brother with Islam caps, steada gike gear.
No pressure from their peers, they keep their mind clear,
Now folks who think Muslims are terrorists are getting rare.
So I aint no chicken, afraid of a licken*
Afraid to represent and be down with the mission*
Like Bilal the companion, when the time care around,
Never feared no-one, he never backed down.
Like Omar mukhtar, I wanna go far,
I gotta keep in mind that I only fear Allah."
Ugh head hurts doing too much thinking, Will keep you all updated. Please leave advice's… Do you all understand where I’m coming from? Do you get why I’m so confused, that I can’t even type out what’s running through my head? Just please comment.

- Theme song: Native Deen I only fear my Lord Allah.
- Purpose: To help the youth in my community to embrace Islam, to be confident about their religion, and to truly understand it. (To have no shame about ISLAM!)
- Objective: [NEED HELP ON THIS PART]
- Why? : Feel like the Muslim youth in my community are ashamed of their Religion… I mean I was there, I was in their position. (Not understanding or wanting to understand or learn about our Deen) It’s a deep topic for me.
- Research: Still researching online about how different types of youth group’s works and soon I will try to personally interview teenage family and friends of in my community; I want to know what type of youth groups do they want? How do they feel about having one that focus on Embracing Islam? Does it seem traditional… like how some “immigrant parents” (in our community) don’t explain the beautiful religion Islam just say you have to do such and such because you have to? I want at least 10 questions to ask… so HELP. I want these questions that shows that I want to understand and not judge and so on.
- Thoughts: Feel that I personally know the youth in my community but I don’t know how I can get to them. I want to develop good listening skills, so this will help just by listening to them, trying to understand them by sharing a similar stories to theirs, and giving advice w/o seeming like I’m lecturing or ranting! Ugh! I mean since last year I wanted to start a group like this, but so many thoughts like will they understand that… sigh idk, Idk! Like I don’t want them to seem like I’m trying to force them to do anything.
- Music: Native Deen- “I only fear my Lord Allah”. Motivates me and are screaming out my thoughts;
Cause some of them giving the da'wa,
Giving the word whereever they went.
