I started at Al-Ikhlas Training Academy in the sixth grade, and since then I've always sort of felt like the high school students have been treated slightly better than the middle school students because of the different age range. In my opinion the middle and high school principal was a little more focused on the high school students because they were going to college /university after high school. So,basically during my sixth and seventh grade years I complained and and complained hoping it would change the way the middle schoolers were treated, but it didn't!
Than I realized this was a uncontrollable factor. I made it work for me by planning events for the middle and high school students, this allowed the middle schools students to actually participate in activities. One activity I planned was an all girls LOCK-IN. It was AMAZING! Everyone had a great time and I was glad to have been able to put those smiles on the faces of those people.
This is how I made one uncontrollable factor in my life work for me.
